Mr. Hore has more than 10 years of experience in the field of river morphology, hydrology, riverbank erosion, and vulnerability analysis in Bangladesh. He has successfully completed a few water resources management and morphological studies on the major rivers of Bangladesh, among which the most noteworthy are the "Prediction of River Bank Erosion and Morphological Changes along the Jamuna, the Ganges and the Padma Rivers in Bangladesh", “Geomorphological Investigations and Plan-form Analysis using Remote Sensing Techniques and Environmental and Social Study of the Gorai River Restoration Project”, "Morphology Trend Study Work for Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib International Airport (BSMIA)", "Monitoring the Morphological Changes of “Mongla – Ghasiakhali Navigation Route” and “Optimizing the Dredging in the major rivers in Bangladesh as well as Monitoring the Dredging Activities".
He is also experienced in carrying out studies abroad in India in Conducting River Behavioral Analysis for rivers in the Kosi River Basin as well as in Bhutan for Carrying out Morphological Studies for the assessment of Flooding Hazards and Development of Climate-Resilient Flood Mitigation Measures in Shetekheri And Aiepoly (Big & Small) Streams.
He is also capable of project management and quality control as well as producing research work plans and co-coordinating project activities. He has good interpersonal and communication skills, is self-motivated, and has analytical capability and professional team leadership qualities.
