This geo spatial tool provides a practical, and easy to use tool that allows users to explore, query, and download maps, data, and graphical analyses regarding the potential to use surface water resources to sustainably intensify land in southern Bangladesh that is either currently fallow or rainfed, but which could be transformed into high-productivity cropping in the dry season. By integrating satellite analysis of crop groundcover, soil and water salinity in canals and rivers, and by examining the duration of the presence of water availability into the dry season, this website provides a practical tool allowing policy makers and planners, researchers, the private sector, and even irrigation service providers to identify tracts of land that are most suited for irrigation. Ultimately, this tool can be used to target and plan where to place small-scale irrigation schemes, and to decide where irrigation pumps and pumping can be most efficiently placed to make use of available water resources to boost cropping intensity in Southern Bangladesh. This research and decision support tool responds to Bangladesh's Country Investment Plan and Governmental mandate to sustainably boost the intensity of cropping in the south of the country, and to alleviate pressures on groundwater in the north of the country, by emphasizing the use of available surface water for irrigation.

To monitor & evaluate the framework there are some input parameters like Project information, Program information, Project Vs Program Matrix, Measurement of cost & work proportion. The Project information and program information act as the input parameters to create the Project VS Program Matrix where each of the projects can be linked to 84 programs of NWMP.
This is the immediate output of projects and programs. Project Vs Program Matrix acts as the input parameter to create a measurement table where work and cost proportion becomes the ultimate output by matching the objectives & other details of corresponding indicators of the NWMP programs with the objectives & other details of projects. For all the outputs there are some dynamic reporting options to find the user defined reports.

The overall objective of the project is to maintain, update and disseminate National Water Resources Database (NWRD) using latest tools and techniques. The aim of the development of NWRD is to assist and guide water resources planners in decision making and developing national level planning for water sector development in Bangladesh. So, NWRD must be able to provide latest data and information for improvement of planning process and decision making. The database needs to be updated mostly based on secondary data as well as partially primary data. The data being produced by the public agencies will be collected and collated in order to fulfill the requirements of this project.

Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS)
The GIS based tool has the capability of using the digital map of Bangladesh as well as census and surver results in order to prepare thematic maps and graphs for presenting different census and socio-demographical indicators.
Web-based GIS Application of Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) has been developed using ASP.Net (C#), CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft Silverlight as front end and Oracle Enterprise Geodatabase as backend. Microsoft Dot Net Framework v4.0 has been used as the base platform in the core development. For publishing GIS documents in the web, ArcGIS Server has been used. ArcGIS API for Silverlight has been used to view and render maps in the web. I worked as a team member for the project.
Bangladesh Haor and Wetland Development Board
The aim of the project is to establish a comprehensive and Integrated Haors & Wetlands Resources Database (IHWRD)for the entire haor area in support of the preparation of Master plan and coordinate the haor management activities by the line agencies concerned.
Developed two modules of IHWRD using ASP.Net(C#) and Oracle, guided and helped other responsible programmers in the development to complete the project in due time. Prepared training manual and training materials, Provided training to a number of professionals of Bangladesh Haor and Wetland Development Board
