Mr. Mostafa Ali worked for International Center for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) in Nepal for over 4 years under the NASA SERVIR-Himalaya program Prior to joining CEGIS. He has over 25 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining GIS, RS, MIS and other database applications. He started his career with the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) and later on carried out many international assignments. He worked in countries like Nepal, Laos, Denmark, Romania, the USA, Egypt, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, and Ghana. He also worked for UNDP in Bangladesh and COWI A/S in Denmark, which is one of the largest consulting companies in Europe having the world’s top ten GIS Services capacity, in their GIS/Information Technology division.
