ASP.NET (C#), Python, PHP, Java, C/C++, ArcGIS APIs, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, CSS and other programming languages are among his areas of expertise. Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access, PostgreSQL, and SQLite are among the database design and development tools he has professionally used. He is proficient in several web development frameworks, including Django, CakePHP, Laravel, and Python. In particular, he has worked with interactive web mapping technologies such as ArcGIS Enterprise and Geo-Server. The World Bank, Asian Development Bank, United Nations (UN)/UNDP, USAID, and other national and international organizations have been among those he has worked with.
