Ms Anjuman Ara Baby did her MBA (Major in HRM) from South East University in 2005. She also completed Masters in Sociology from University of Rajshahi in 1986 and Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in the same discipline from the same university in 1983. She completed Diploma in Personnel Management in 1995. She has recently taken three days training course on Leadership and Management from National Academy for Planning and Development. She also received two weeks long International Training on Human Resource Management from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) of Thailand in 2004. She took week long training on Management Technique for Executives at BIM in 199. Ms Baby has a professional experience of literally 30 years in the field of Administration, Documentation, Communication as well as Training, Research, MCH-Family Planning and related Inventory Management, Education in development sector of rural Bangladesh. She has been playing key role in administrative, Staff Affairs and managerial assignments for CEGIS, and has also wide experience in designing and facilitating Human Resource Management, budgeting and organizing national and international training, workshops, seminars, conference and in media communications.
